AmCham China's Central China chapter is pleased to invite you to a presentation on the Labor Contract Law featuring Luke Jiang, an expert from the Hubei Yuanshen Law Firm. This event will be in Chinese.

As of July 1, 2013, companies will no longer be allowed to hire staff through staffing agencies (such as FESCO, CIIC, China Start, etc.) except in very narrow circumstances. Up to 60 million agency workers are currently used in China in all industries, either for headcount reasons, to reduce labor costs or to avoid rigid labor and employment rules. Thus, the new rules may have significant impact on employers and employees alike, if they are strongly enforced.

In this presentation, Luke Jiang will discuss recent amendments made to China's Labor Contract Law and how the law will affect employment structures and future business growth. He will also use real examples to illustrate how to handle labor arbitration and litigation cases. The presentation will be followed by a Q&A session.
Topics to be covered:我们将会了解到以下内容:

- Impact of revisions to labor contract law on the labor dispatch system
-Guide to resolving labor disputes
- The employment litigation process
- Evidence collection techniques
