Join AmCham China for an informative workshop with Professor Gregory Leman of Baylor University's Hankamer School of Business. Leman will discuss how companies can become more competitive through accelerated innovation, innovating faster and with higher success rates than in the past.

This workshop is interactive.

This workshop is designed to introduce innovators and entrepreneurs to the comprehensive acceleration process used by Dr. Leman and the team with over 70% venture success rate for technology ventures. Participants will experience a project cycle, from coaching in the application of selected tools and product development projects. Outcomes of this approach include the creation of a refined strategic plan, the clarification of the key risks and a prioritized action plan for both proving the opportunity and sharply reducing the risks.
Participants may bring an active project to consider as Dr. Leman introduces the model and the tools.

Dr. Gregory Leman is a Clinical Professor at Baylor University's Hankamer School of Business. He serves as Director of University Entrepreneurial Initiatives and holds the Curtis Hankamer Chair in Entrepreneurship. Leman received his BS in Chemical Engineering with honors from Purdue University in 1980 and earned his Ph.D. (ChE) at the University of Illinois in 1985.
