In this event hosted by AmCham China, Jim Taylor, president of ConocoPhillips China, will discuss recent development related to shale gas worldwide as well as in China.
Taylor's presentation will highlight the successful tapping of unconventional reservoirs in the United States. He will review the key technologies employed, the enabling policies in place, and the future potential that this new resource has unlocked. He will also discuss how China could seek to replicate the the US shale gas "revolution" by applying key policies and technologies in the way it explores, appraises and develops unconventional resources.
