AmCham China cordially invites you to hear from a consular officer from the American Citizen Services (ACS) Section of the US Embassy Beijing on the many services it offers. These include both non-emergency services (notaries, passport issuance and renewals, registration of birth abroad, etc.) and emergency services (emergency passports, prison visits to detained American citizens, welfare and whereabouts searches for American citizens who have gone missing, etc.) There will also be time for questions.
