"Cultural IQ" is an important tool for understanding and managing behavior for both multi-national companies operating in China and Chinese organizations working to expand their global reach. In this event co-hosted by AmCham China's Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Forum, Human Resources (HR) Forum and the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP), Dr. Fred Woods, a leading scholar on Cultural IQ and a professor from Brigham Young University, will speak on recent research on Cultural IQ: the ability to understand, connect, and deal with new and challenging situations by utilizing creative skills of adaptation; and enduring, universal principles.
