Lead as a Coach: How to Conduct Effective Communication

AmCham China, Central China Chapter would like to invite you to attend an interactive coaching event: Lead as a Coach. This is a highly interactive seminar providing participants with an experiential introduction to coaching. It defines what coaching is and looks at the kind of coaching culture that empowers leaders and employees in high-performance teams through a paradigm shift from "telling" to "coaching". Participants will gain an understanding of how coaching works through practice and live coaching demonstrations.

This event is designed for managers, HR supervisor and senior staff, line managers and any leaders responsible for developing the competence and skills of team members. To provide the maximum benefit from the training to each participant, registration is limited to 36 registrants.
