Michael Hart is President of the American Chamber of Commerce in China based in Beijing. He has over twenty-five years of business experience in Asia, including nineteen years in mainland China.

Mr. Siddharth Chatterjee took office as the United Nations Resident Coordinator in China on 16 January 2021 and presented his letter of credentials to the President of the People’s Republic of China, Xi Jinping, on 14 April 2021. The Resident Coordinator (RC), is the highest ranking representative of the UN Development System. The RC is the designated representative of - and reports to - the UN Secretary-General.

Mr. Chatterjee has more than 25 years of experience in international cooperation, sustainable development, humanitarian coordination and peace and security, which he has acquired at the United Nations and externally.

Most recently, he served as United Nations Resident Coordinator in Kenya after holding other leadership positions across the Organization, including Resident Representative of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and Representative of the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) in Kenya, Regional Director for the Middle East and Europe for the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) in Denmark and Chief of Staff in the United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq (UNAMI). He also held leadership positions with the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) in Indonesia, Somalia, South Sudan and Sudan and in United Nations peacekeeping operations with the United Nations Mission in Bosnia and Herzegovina (UNMIBH).

Mr. Chatterjee has also served in the Red Cross Movement (IFRC) as the Chief Diplomat and Head of Resource Mobilization in Switzerland.

A 3 times TEDx speaker, he is a regular opinion contributor on humanitarian and development issues for a range journals which includes Newsweek, Los Angeles Times, the Hill, Reuters, Huffington Post, Forbes, CNBC Africa, CNN, Al Jazeera, the Guardian as well as of late he has also published in mainstream Chinese journals.

Mr. Chatterjee holds a master’s degree in public policy from Princeton University in the United States of America and a bachelor’s degree from the National Defence Academy in India.

Mr. Chatterjee is married, and they have a son.

Ray Zhang is the Chief Financial Officer of Microsoft, Greater China Region. She leads Microsoft finance organization in mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, with financial accountabilities including strategic planning, fiscal budgeting, reporting/analysis, statutory accounting and tax operations, as well as compliance and auditing.

Ms. Zhang joined Microsoft in 2012 in France, where she was the EMEA time zone Finance lead for Microsoft Enterprise Services. Since 2015, Ray has taken on a series of expanded Finance leadership positions in Microsoft GCR region, including Finance Director for Finance Control, China Sub CFO, GCR AHQ Finance Lead. Being an experienced finance leader and as a strategic partner to Microsoft GCR area CEO, Ray is deeply involved in the Company's business operations, driving long-term financial growth, championing corporate initiatives on Microsoft's customer and partnership solutions, and pursuing digital transformation across Greater China. Ray is also a strong advocate for Diversity and Inclusiveness, serving as an executive sponsor of GCR Women Committee.

Ray has over 20 years of financial experience in multinational corporations with significant operating scales and complexity. Prior to Microsoft, she served as Finance lead for European Commercial Finance in Cisco since 2001, and as the divisional CFO for Cisco’s Telepresence business in 2010.

Ray graduated from Beijing University of Post and Telecommunications with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. She earned her MBA from College of William & Mary – Raymond A. Mason School of Business.

Ms. Milun Zhang is the Head of GA and Regional Access for Amgen China. She worked in market access and government affairs at Johnson & Johnson China, Novartis, and RDPAC, and she was an analyst at JP Morgan Chase (Hong Kong). Ms. Zhang graduated from Yale University with a Master's in Public Health Management.

Marcus has over 40 years of Supplier Management, Program Planning and Control (PP&C) and
Financial Management experience with The Boeing Company. Marcus joined BTC in July 2016. He is currently the Director of Customer Support and New Programs. Prior to joining BTC, Marcus was the Senior Manager in BCA Supplier Management responsible for Supply Chain Architecture and Integration on the 777X Program and prior to that on the KC-46 Tanker Program. Prior to joining the KC-46 Tanker Program Marcus spent six years on the 787 Program as the Senior Manager responsible for the implementation of Program Planning, Integrated Scheduling, Earned Value Management and Baseline Management. Prior to his position on the 787 Program he was Manager, Boeing Defense Systems (BDS) Integrated Scheduling Home Office, St. Louis, MO, where he was responsible for the development of integrated scheduling processes, training and the advancement and coordination of integrated scheduling skills development across BDS. Marcus has a Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Florida and a MBA Degree from the Olin School of Business at Washington University in
St. Louis, MO. He held a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) issued by the Project Management Institute and from 2000 to 2012 he was an Adjunct Professor at Keller Graduate School of Management teaching classes in Project Management, Risk and Quality Management, Contracts and Earned Value Management.

Guo Ying graduated from the Kenan-Flagler Business School of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Master's degree in Business Administration. She has more than 20 years of senior operational management experience in China's healthcare industry. Sensitive to the interpretation of domestic and foreign medical market policies and trends, and actively explore the implementation of international standard medical models.

Since joining United Family Healthcare (UFH), Guo Ying has played a vital leadership role in its transformation to a comprehensive, multidisciplinary healthcare network that adheres to international standards. Persist in promoting the comprehensive development of oncology and other multidisciplinary disciplines, and promote the application of new technologies and new drugs. Lead the strategic innovation and business development of UFH’s New Hope Oncology Center in Beijing and Hainan Bo’ao Medical Center, and actively practice the concept of "patient-centered" medical services. Meanwhile, She also lead the Government Affairs function as well as Supporting Services function of Beijing Market.

Ida Maureen Chao Kho is Senior Counsel at IBM, based in Beijing and assigned in from Singapore. She heads up IBM’s Trust & Compliance department in the Greater China region, promoting a culture of ethics and integrity in the pursuit of responsible business growth and innovation of technology.

Raised in Manila, of Chinese heritage, Ida speaks 4 languages or dialects and is versed in cross-cultural environments. Her work experience was honed over 20+ years in emerging markets – largely in Asia Pacific.

Ida has spoken on ESG and written on IBM’s views about responsible business and A.I. ethics. Her broader experience covers a range of issues relevant to leading a multi-national enterprise – among others: investments, large deals, employee matters, data privacy, dispute resolution, fair competition, anti-corruption, and risk management.

Dr. Wen Hua is the Programme Specialist for sexual and reproductive health and rights in the UNFPA China Office. Prior to her current position, she was Gender Programme Officer at the UNFPA China. Her areas of expertise include sexual and reproductive health and rights, gender equality and women’s empowerment, social inclusion for persons with disabilities, and sustainable development. Dr. Wen Hua possesses extensive experience in the strategic planning, design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of development programs.

She holds a Ph.D. degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Master‘s degree from University of Bergen in Norway.

Dr. Paul Rochon is a Biopsychologist, Ph.D. in Cognitive Sciences about sleep, state of consciousness and cognitive process, Master in Biology & Physiology, and Master in Cognitive Sciences.

He is also a behaviour specialist, Head of the Mental Health Department and Sleep Centre at Raffles Hospital Beijing, certified in Social Cognition, Cognitive Linguistics and Hypnotherapy.
Dr. Rochon is leaving in China for 17 years, he is guiding people to use scientific and multicultural methods to improve Health and elevate Wellbeing.

In addition, as a former professional rugby player and coach, he is passionate about the effects of the mindset on the performance.
