The 2024 AmCham China Women's Summit: Women in Innovation will take place on March 7, 2024!

The Women's Summit is one of AmCham China's Signature Events, among the most important dates on the calendar. This conference acts as a platform to gather women entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, business experts, media and investors in the AmCham China community, with a mission to raise awareness of the key role women play in global leadership development and social impact. The Summit highlights the importance of supporting women leaders and women entrepreneurs who are keen to share cutting-edge trends and best practices, and it is designed to be an energetic and bold experience packed with personal and professional development power for women.

There is an increased call for companies to align strategies, policies and operations with universal principals such as the Sustainable Development Goals, which emphasizes equal pay for equal value. However, globally, the gender gap in the workplace is currently at 17 per cent, which means women earn 83 per cent of what men earn, according to 2023 Gender Pay Gap Report (GPGR).

This year, the AmCham China Women's Summit titled Women in Innovation will take place on March 7th, in Beijing, China.

This Summit will feature inspiring keynote speeches, panel discussions, interactive workshops and networking opportunities. It will bring together professional women, corporate leaders, business experts, women entrepreneurs, government officials and academia to support and celebrate women in business around China and globally.

The Summit will also examine international, regional and national "best practices" towards producing concrete steps companies can take to foster a healthy gender balance, inspire female employees to reach their full potential and unleash the power of the economy.

Attendees will gain:
