Two years after AmCham China delegation visited the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area ("GBA," 粤港澳大湾区), we are organizing another trip to the province to better understand the current state of the GBA integration and potential business opportunities.

Members are highly encouraged to sign up as early as possible, given that spots are limited. Registrations will be granted on a first-come-first-serve basis. Although there is no strict seniority requirement, it is recommended for companies to send at least one senior-level representative (e.g., VP or above), which will be helpful for scheduling senior official engagements.

We are, at this time, in close communication with our partners in Guangdong and our plan is for the trip and high-level meetings to take place in between December 13 and December 15.



Highlights of the trip:

• Meeting with Guangdong provincial leaders and local government departments responsible for investment and policy implementation;
• Policy briefing on the latest development of Construction of the Greater Bay Area and the province's effort to improve the business environment.

Important Notice:

• As we are in discussion with Guangdong to finalize the trip details, the trip itinerary issubject to change, based on local officials' availability, weather, and other factors.
• The deadline for registration is noon, November 22, 2023.
• Please note that payment should be made at least 5 working days before the trip to secure your spot.No other fees are required to be paid to AmCham China except for the registration charge. You will be responsible for booking and paying for your own airline/train tickets and hotels. No refund will be provided after December 1, 2023.
