With the "Two Sessions" concluded, China now has a new line-up of top leadership. After three years of pandemic control, China has adjusted its policy at the end of 2022, and appeared refocusing on greater opening up. Meanwhile, for Multinational Companies operating in China, the US-China relationship and the broader geopolitical changes remain extremely challenging. Against this backdrop, AmCham China is pleased to welcome an experienced and diverse group of speakers, including government officials, important thought leaders and experts, as well as experienced government affairs professionals from a variety of industries to share their insights.
As part of the Conference, we will also launch the 25th edition of our American Business in China White Paper (White Paper), one of our signature publications that comprehensively assesses the operating environment for foreign companies in China. This year's White Paper covers approximately 40 chapters and provides thorough analysis of the industries, cross-sector issues, and regions of importance to our membership.
In the second half of the day, AmCham China is partnering with the China Center for International Economic Exchanges (CCIEE) to host the U.S.-China Business Leaders Forum. The Dialogue will center on two important topics, namely the prospects of China's digital economy and the bilateral and global cooperation on sustainability and ESG. The participation in the U.S.-China Business Leaders Forum will be upon invitations and relevant costs will be communicated separately.
