    Cindy Jensen

    Managing Director, Founder of BOLDMOVES China

    Cindy Jensen is the Founder of BOLDMOVES China, a boutique consulting firm with a focus in Strategy Development, Executive Coaching and Leadership Development.

    She is a seasoned executive spending her corporate years working with Frito-Lay, a division of PepsiCo as part of the senior leadership team working over a span of ten years in multiple functions including HR, Sales & Operations and Trade Marketing. She later joined TELUS Mobility as National Account Manager overseeing the company’s two largest retail corporate accounts. Cindy works extensively throughout Asia Pacific working with leaders and their teams.

    BOLDMOVES China has just completed a China-wide research project with a focus on “Generational Differences and the Impact on Employee Engagement.” The goal of the research to is understand the generational similarities and differences in attitudes around work and life in China.

    Cindy is a Canadian and has been living in China for over 15 years and reigns from Vancouver, Canada. She has her BComm from Dalhousie University, Halifax Canada and her Executive MBA from Rutgers University.
    She is a certified ICF ACC coach and is currently qualifying for her PCC. Cindy also serves on the Board of Educating Girls in Rural China a charity that focuses on providing scholarship funding for continued education to women from rural China.

    INSPITE at Danmarks Tekniske Universitet

    Bettina Pedersen is a Danish citizen and holds a M.Sc. Engineering and has 20 years-experience of product development and design
    management for leading Scandinavian design brands such as
    Bang & Olufsen (HiFi), Fritz Hansen (Furniture) and Louis
    Poulsen (Lighting).
    Her core expertise lies in innovation and design management
    and is a noted Danish expert in these areas.
    In the past 8 years she ran her consultancy INSPITE
    Innovation, where she facilitated innovation processes and
    taught organisations how to incorporate innovation in their
    daily business, whether this is about design or leading a
    workshop with an international team of scientists aiming to
    solve environmental issues.
    She is a frequent speaker on topics related to innovation and
    creativity.
