Martin Winchell is the Managing Director-Greater China for Schneider Logistics Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Schneider National and a premier provider of logistics solutions that delivers measurable value to the most complex supply chains. In this position, Martin was responsible for Schneider’s entry into China, its acquisition strategy and further growth. As Managing Director, Martin is responsible for leading Schneider Logistics (Tianjin) Co. Ltd. which offers logistics, transportation and supply chain management services for the domestic Chinese market covering more than 25 cities and with more than 600 associates.

Martin has worked and traveled in China since the mid 1990’s moving full-time to Shanghai in 2005. In 2008, he moved to Tianjin/Beijing; splitting time at the Chinese headquarters in Tianjin and the government affairs office in Beijing. He has been a member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai, Beijing and Tianjin since arriving in China in 2005. Martin has served as a Tianjin American Executive Committee member since 2013 and his currently Chairman of that committee.

Martin has bachelor’s degree in international economics from the University of Wyoming.

Ms. Zhihong Mei serves as the Director of the Investment Promotion Bureau of the Administrative Commission of the Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Area (TEDA). The TEDA Investment Promotion Bureau is a part of the TEDA aimed at promoting both international and domestic investment in the Tianjin Economic Area, while also serving as the local branch of the Tianjin Commission of Commerce. Ms. Mei leads the team working with various organizations and companies to facilitate their establishment in and relocation to the Tianjin Economic Area. Over the years, many renowned companies have made significant and successful investment in TEDA, including: Otis, John Deere, FAW-VW, Volkswagen, Standard Chartered, Tencent, and Didi.

Ms. Mei joined TEDA in 1997, and has held different positions including investment promotion and the foreign affairs office.

Ms. Mei finished her Post-Graduate study of Economics in Nankai University and earned a Bachelor of Arts from Tianjin University.

牵头负责制定开发区管委会安全生产政策，拟订安全生产工作规划、计划，并推动实施。负责开发区内非煤矿山、危险化学品（不含运输）、工业（不含商贸）类生产经营单位的安全生产监督管理、检查执法、宣传教育、安全文化建设、生产安全事故应急、调查、处理等工作。

1. Set up contractor activity control procedure, push related department to implement and tracking performance.
2. Set up EHS goal and target annually, review it on EHS monthly meeting, conduct an analysis for any deviation and push related department to implement corrective action plan.
3. Develop EHS promotion process, encourage every employee to participate in EHS management, report all incident\accident \near miss to management line.
4. Draft change management procedure, provide EHS standard and technical support to management line, especially made preventive action plan for new assembly line, GGP motor line and other new projects.
