Greg Gilligan joined the PGA TOUR in late 2013 as Vice President and is the lead executive in China serving as PGA TOUR China Managing Director. Currently Chairman Emeritus, Mr. Gilligan served in an elected capacity as Chairman of the American Chamber of Commerce in China, as an officer for four consecutive terms from 2011 – 2014. He served again in 2019 as Vice-Chairman and was elected Chairman in 2020.
Prior to the PGA TOUR Mr. Gilligan was the Managing Director of APCO Worldwide’s Beijing office. He joined APCO after serving as General Manager of Corporate Affairs for McDonald’s (China) Co., Ltd., where he developed and executed strategies to enhance McDonald's brand and corporate image among China’s regulatory bodies, consumers and other key stakeholders. Prior to that role he served as McDonald’s China’s General Manager for Southeast China.
Mr. Gilligan holds a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology; a Master of Arts in Asian Studies and Juris Doctor degrees from Washington University in St. Louis; and a Bachelor of Arts in history from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He has been a member of the Missouri Bar Association since 1995.
With more than twenty-two years in China, Mr. Gilligan is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
Mr. Gregory Harris is the Principal Commercial Officer at the U.S. Embassy in Beijing, China, leading a team of dedicated trade professionals charged with increasing commercial ties between the U.S. and China. The team helps U.S. companies find market opportunities and Chinese trading partners, assists Chinese firms find investment opportunities in the United States, promotes U.S. education and tourism opportunities, and advocates for U.S. national economic and trade interests.
In his previous assignment, Mr. Harris was the Senior Commercial Officer/Director of the Commercial Service’s Liaison Office to the Asian Development Bank (CS ADB). Prior to CS ADB, Mr. Harris was the Principal Commercial Officer at the American Institute in Taiwan’s (AIT) Kaohsiung Branch Office. Mr. Harris also served as Commercial Officer at the U.S. Consulate in Shanghai, China and as Commercial Officer at AIT Taipei Office. He also served U.S. businesses at the DOC U.S. Export Assistance Center in Grand Rapids, Michigan where he covered all industry sectors throughout west Michigan.
Over his career, he has been credited with assisting the U.S. win billions of dollars in business and investments. He has previous Asia experience in the international non-profit and private sectors. Mr. Harris received a MA from the Jackson School of International Studies at the University of Washington in Seattle and a BA from the University of New Mexico. Mr. Harris speaks Mandarin Chinese and is married with two grown children.
Barbara Jacobs, RN, joined AAMC as chief nursing officer in 2015. Barbara comes to AAMC from John Hopkins Suburban Hospital in Bethesda, Md. where she served as the chief nurse officer.
With almost 40 years of nursing experience, Barbara began her career in New Brunswick, N.J., where she quickly rose up the ranks from new nursing graduate to assistant director of nursing. She continued to develop her clinical skills as a staff nurse in hospitals in Camden, N.J. and Philadelphia, Pa. She held progressive leadership positions at George Washington University Hospital as a charge nurse and nursing supervisor, interim chief nurse officer, and the director of critical care. She is certified in gerontological and critical care nursing and has experience in cardiothoracic critical care.
As chief nursing officer, Barbara works with nursing staff and nurse leaders, physician and multidisciplinary team members, auxilians, and patient and family advisors to continue building on important nursing initiatives, patient satisfaction and wellbeing. She also leads the refinement and implementation of the nursing strategic plan.
Barbara received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Rochester in Rochester, New York and a Master of Science in Nursing and Management from George Washington University in Washington, D.C.

Prior to CardinalHealth, Jason was the Chief Compliance Officer for GE AVIC worldwide. Covers, global trade compliance, corporate governance to ensure whole division operations are in line with internal & external rules and regulations, and ensuring business continuity.
Before GE, Jason was the trade compliance manager of Intel, primary responsibility is to ensure Trade compliance and logistics projects’ strategies development of the Chengdu Site as the biggest site in PRC with local and international laws and regulations and indirect tax matters in China.
Before Intel, Jason was the Asia Pacific Regional Logistics manager in Trimble Navigation Limited. Since Dec 2006, he was responsible for the Asia Pacific logistics and trade compliance operation and the Asia Pacific service center logistics operation in China.
During worked in Flextronics, Jason was responsible for Flextronics Automotive division as a logistics manager in Shanghai. Previously, Jason acted as Flextronics China Regional Trade compliance manager, providing customs eBook strategy and reconciliation to Flextronics companies in the region with work as an ERP consultant starting in 2001.
Jason holds double BS degrees in computer & software from Shenyang Aerospace University. Furthermore, Jason holds MBA degree from Donghua University and EMBA from HK Lingnan University. Jason has certificate from APICS as CTL (Certified in Transportation and Logistics), and certified Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting from CIMA, and IFA & IPA from Institute of Public Accountants. Jing Wu is currently the Public Affairs VP of UPS China District, with responsibility of leading district Public Affairs team to support business growth and transformation through policy advocacy and risk management.
Before UPS, Jing Wu was the Director of PR and Communication of ConocoPhillips China since 2017, in that role, she was responsible for restoring corporate reputation in China through holistic PR and Corporate Social Responsibility strategy.
Jing Wu joined Mattel China in 2013 as the Head of Public Affairs for Greater China to formulate the Mattel Greater China external affairs strategy to build Mattel’s thought leadership in Play & Development among multi-level stakeholders along the value chain. Meanwhile, she also led several government cooperation initiatives to create favorable environment for business expansion and leverage strategic Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives to build the corporate brand.
In 2008, Jing Wu joined ArcelorMittal China as Public Affairs Manager to cover government affairs, Public Relation (PR) and CSR programs in China. She successfully facilitated the market access approval for ArcelorMittal and led the JV brand establishment and communication project. Also, Jing Wu led the overall stakeholder engagement strategy of Shanghai EXPO to build ArcelorMittal’s technology leadership in steel industry in China.
Jing Wu joined GE in 2006 as Government Affairs Specialist to support the Eco-magination MOU between GE Infrastructure and National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) as the key project coordinator and facilitator.
Jing Wu started her career in 2003 as project manager in Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society (CMES), in that role, she facilitated various public-private conversation and projects between Chinese government and multinational companies in China.
In her spare time, she is a passionate traveler and coffee lover. Jing Wu holds the MBA degree from Manchester Business School.
Alan Beebe is President of the American Chamber of Commerce in China based in Beijing. He has over twenty-five years of business experience in Asia, including seventeen years in mainland China.
As President, Alan oversees all advocacy, programs, partnerships and insights provided by the Chamber to support the business growth of nearly 900 foreign corporations operating in China, including most of the U.S. Fortune 500. He leads major advocacy initiatives related to trade tariffs, market access, cybersecurity, Made in China 2025, China’s NGO law and structural imbalances in U.S. – China trade and investment.
In 2018, he launched AmCham China’s Technology & Innovation Initiative, focused on the business and policy implications of disruptive digital technologies - such as artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain and cloud computing – for U.S. companies in China.
Prior to joining AmCham China, Alan held various senior executive positions in China with EY, IBM, and management consulting firms AT Kearney and PRTM. He also led a Beijing based start-up for five years, the China Greentech Initiative, which merged in 2014 with the Paulson Institute, founded by Hank Paulson.
Alan has advised a wide range of corporations and global investors on investing and operating in China. His clients have included global private equity firms, high technology companies, energy related companies, and major state-owned and private Chinese enterprises.
He holds a Master’s degree from Yale University in International Relations and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Computer Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in the U.S. He is a Board of Advisor of the Yale Club of Beijing and in that capacity promotes academic and cultural exchanges between the U.S. and China. He is a fluent speaker of mandarin Chinese, and reads and writes Chinese. Alan was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska.
