The US mid-term elections will take place in less than four months, holding the potential to reshape the US political environment. Whether the Democratic Party can continue to maintain control of the House and Senate or if the Republican Party will sweep Capitol Hill in 2023, views on China in Congress have become increasingly aligned. The relationship between the world's two largest economies remains strained, with no clear signs that such trends will improve in the foreseeable future.

What can the business community expect following the mid-term elections? What strategies should the US business community consider while navigating this increasingly complex environment?

AmCham China's Policy+ program is pleased to invite Robert Daly, the Director of the Wilson Center's Kissinger Institute on China and the United States to share his insights on the topic.
