The chamber’s Northeast China Chapter operates offices in Dalian and Shenyang, both in Liaoning province, helping our members engage with the local authorities, arranging information sharing and networking events and offering services such as training.

D-LOV, the Dalian League of Volunteers, is a non-profit, volunteer organization created from the merger of existing efforts from different individuals and groups that have devoted their time to lend a helping hand in their community by actively supporting the City's charitable projects.

D-LOV functions with the support of the Dalian JinPuXinQu Women's Federation and the Dalian Charity Federation. We work in direct cooperation with foreign and domestic associations and chambers of commerce that have an interest in Dalian. D-LOV welcomes all individuals that express their genuine interest in supporting community-building efforts.

Working together with the local government, businesses, associations, and caring individuals, we aim to provide the valuable resources of time and money to work on sustainable programs. These programs will foster education, health & environmental consciousness, and overall community-well-being, building a stronger, healthier Dalian for all!

The Children and Women Activities Center of Dalian Jinpu New Area Chinese: 大连金普新区妇女儿童活动中心

Jinpu New Area Women and Children's Center was founded in September 1995. It is a public welfare institution under the umbrella of Jinpu New Area Party and Mass Service Center.
Jinpu New Area Women and Children's Center is focused on “promoting physical and mental health for women and children” and established a “rich in kinds, diverse in forms, multi-dimentional in models, and reasonable in tiers” art education system The Center offers a series of international and modern programs, including early education, exercise and self advancement classes; such as music, writing, singing, and painting.
The Center provides activities for the whole family. Available programs include children's extra curricular classes such as fine arts, arts and crafts and music. Also available are Community Performance groups, such as “Little Star Performing Troupe”, “Mothers and Children’s Choir” and “International Children’s Choir”. Many of these have appeared on CCTV, provincial, city and district TV stations. The Center is International; Chinese and International women and children, are all invited to participate. It is a place for all to enjoy and share with others.
Periodically hosts special events, including “Orchid Club”: the culture exchange salon of Chinese and International women,“Tea Ceremony”,“International Children’ day”,“Open House”,“Volunteer work station”, “Dalian League of Volunteers”,“Free Summer and Winter Education Camps”. Jin pu New Area Women and Children's Center is for everyone, where people can come together to develop and enhance our moral and spiritual culture.

Dalian Jinpu New Area Women’s Federation大连金普新区妇女联合会

Dalian Jinpu New Area Women’s Federation (the office of the New Area Government Women and Children Working Committee) is a group organization in the Jinpu New Area. According to the “ Articles of the All-China Women’s Federation”, the Women’s Federation is is a people's organization that unites women of all ethnic groups and from all walks of life in China, and strives for their further emancipation and development. As a people's organization under the leadership of the Communist Party of China (CPC), it serves as a bridge linking the party and the government with women and as an important social pillar of the state power. Its fundamental tasks are to establish links with and serve women, while its main responsibilities are to represent and safeguard women's rights and interests, and to promote gender equality and women's all-round development.
