Policy Readout of Delayed Retirement Age in China

With the introduction of relevant regulations, policies, and supporting measures by the government concerning the implementation of a gradual raising of the statutory retirement age, enterprises will face a series of challenges and adjustments in their employment practices.


This seminar will assist enterprises in better understanding and addressing these changes, particularly the labor legal issues related to retirement and delayed retirement.
