Event Details

For over twenty years, AmCham China has been conducting the China Business Climate Survey (BCS) to reflect on the business performance and outlook of member companies in China. Serving as an important reference for understanding the overall sentiment of the American business community in China, the BCS offers valuable insights into critical topics for both Chinese and US policymakers, as well as foreign enterprises looking to invest in and operate within China.

This year's report is compiled from the responses of over 350 companies across 20+ different industries and covers a range of topics, including financial performance, business outlook, business environment, views on US-China relations, and more.

AmCham China welcomes all members and the broader business community to the launch of BCS 2026 on Friday, January 16, 2026, from 2:30 to 4:30 PM. At the event, AmCham China President Michael Hart will present the key findings and insights from this year's report, followed by a panel discussion with senior business leaders, offering perspectives from various industries.
