Day 1: Understanding Mindfulness
  • What is mindfulness and what is not?
  • The science and research of mindfulness
  • The application of mindfulness in everyday life and in the workplace
  • Active Listening
  • Holding multiple perspectives and paradoxes
  • Reducing stereotyping
  • Learning to unhook yourself from emotional triggers and psychological flooding
  • Developing curiosity and empathy
  • Understanding how trust breaks and how it can be restored
           
Day 2: Apply Mindfulness to become a Whole Person in a Globalized World
  • Developing the Six C’s of Self-Mastery: Concentration, Calmness, Courage, Creativity, Choice, and Compassion
  • Whole Person communication: Action, Thinking, Intuition, and Emotions
  • Basic Non-violence communication
  • Cultivating Chinese expertise on global leadership presence and competence

Special Registration Information: 
You must register in advance. Walk-ins will not be accepted. Attendees need to pay by Apr.5, 2017. Limited spots are available and attendance is given on a first-come, first-served basis.
