Michael Hart is President of the American Chamber of Commerce in China based in Beijing. He has over twenty-five years of business experience in Asia, including nineteen years in mainland China.

Ms. Li Ye is leading the Merck China Corporate Affairs hub in support to all the three business sectors (healthcare, life science & electronics) of Merck in China since January 2018. The China hub is among the 3 regional corporate affairs hubs (Europe, the United States and China) of Merck KGaA global wide. She is the member of the leadership team of Merck global corporate affairs and sits in the Country Council of Merck in China.

Ms. Li Ye is a veteran in corporate affairs and government relations for international companies with her 20+ years’ working experience. She joined Merck healthcare in Aug. 2013 responsible for the government relations and market access. Prior to that, she had been taking the management roles on government affairs, market access and strategic development in top international companies including Hoechst, GlaxoSmithKline, Bayer and AstraZeneca, etc. She went to Singapore as the Regional Market Access Lead in Bayer South East Asia in 2008. Later she became Regional Payer Capabilities Director and Global Pricing and Market Access Director for Oncology at AstraZeneca’s Asia Pacific Office until she returned to China.

Li Ye graduated from University of International Business and Economics in Beijing, then she went to the Great Britain for further study. She obtained a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Westminster, London. She also holds a Diploma of Economic Evaluation and Assessment in Health from the University of York, UK. In 2016, Li Ye completed her Executive MBA study in Peking University National Development School in Beijing. She is now studying for a doctorate on financial management run by the National Development School of Peking University and Fordham University in the United States.

王怡亲，现任雅培药品业务部门副总裁兼中国区总经理，全面负责雅培药品业务在中国市场的业务发展及未来战略。王怡亲女士从事医药行业20余年，在加入雅培公司之前，曾在辉瑞、百时美施贵宝和安斯泰来等多家知名医药企业担任高级管理职务。具有中国及亚太多市场的丰富的经验，熟悉成熟和创新品牌，在肿瘤、心血管、代谢、病毒学、抗感染、罕见病、疫苗等多个治疗领域都有着丰富的业务管理经验。王怡亲女士毕业于国立台湾大学，获得兽医学学士学位，并在北卡罗来纳大学夏洛特分校获得工商管理硕士学位。

Mingjuan Hou is the vice president of Qualcomm. In her role, she leads and manages Qualcomm’s brand strategy, corporate communications, product marketing, digital communications, and media/industry analyst relations in China, and providing communications consel to senior management.

Mingjuan has more than 20 years of rich experience in corporate communications, branding, marketing strategy, digital communications, crisis management and public affairs. In her 22 years’ with Qualcomm, she led the team successfully executing multiple branding and marketing campaigns which greatly enhance the awareness and reputation of Qualcomm’s corporate and product brand Snapdragon. She led to establish Qualcomm’s corporate communications strategy and social media platforms in China, and helped develop co-marketing strategy with leading Chinese smartphone and e-commerce companies.

Mingjuan is a recipient of a number of industry and corporate leadership awards, including 2023 Forbes China Top 100 Businesswomen, the Most Influential Businesswomen 2021 by Futune China, the Most Notable Businesswomen 2020 by Cyzone, the Mulan Yue Xianghui Empowerment Award 2023 by Xinhuanet, the Best 5G Practionioner 2020 by Communications World. Mingjuan has become a committee member of the CAA (China Advertising Association) since December 2022 and has been elected as a standing member in November 2023. Mingjuan is also a significant member of the Greater China Emmy Board. The Emmy Award is one of the most influential awards in the international marketing and communications industry.
