Forward-Thinking Management Reporting is a two-day course delivered in English that improves participants’ presentation effectiveness through stronger connection with management. Course Content Module 1 - The Management Mindset
Objective: Change your mindset to think more like a senior manager and connect with them more easily Participants will learn: • Goal alignment - the mindset of "why" • 3 key goals of management • Actions and tools to develop strategic thinking

Module 2 - Pre-communication
Objective: When just understanding the management mindset is not enough: How to uncover management’s deeper concerns, assumptions, unspoken objectives and hidden resources
Participants will learn:
• The importance and objectives of pre-communication • Steps for effective pre-communication
Main learning activities:
• Role play: System proposal to executive board • Practice: “Please don’t cancel the annual party” presentation
Module 3 - Organizing Content with Purpose
Objective: Organize the content of your presentation to match the needs of a management audience and to make it both logical and convincing
Participants will learn:
• How to establish purpose in your presentation • 3-step process to create logical summaries • 9 common business presentation scenarios: messages and summaries
Learning activities:
• Analyze a senior manager’s presentation • Practice: Marketing staff presenting to VP of Engineering
