The Jinzhan International Cooperation Service Zone(Jinzhan Area) is located in the Dongba area. As one of the most promising development areas in Beijing, it carries the strategic positioning of "International Exchange Center," one of the "four centers" that Beijing is vigorously building, and it is also one of the areas supporting the construction of Beijing's "Two Districts." As the future site of the fourth embassy area, Jinzhan area will become an important platform for enhancing the capital's international exchange functions and a window for opening up to foreign investment. At the same time, relevant departments promote it as the second "Sanlitun," with regional functions and surrounding supporting facilities being continuously built, leading to rapid development in Jinzhan area.

On October 17, AmCham China will specially invite the Beijing CBD to introduce the positioning and planning development of the Jinzhan area, and interpret the preferential incentives for enterprises and individuals under the relevant policies of Beijing's Business Central Area." We will also invite the Strategic Consulting Department of JLL to discuss the latest development trends in Jinzhan in light of market dynamics and the past cases, aiming to bring more insights to members.
