Stories of promising female executives who resign from an influential position or withdraw from competition for the top spot in order to “spend more time with their families” or “put their talents toward a job with more flexibility" never go away. Media has reported for many years on this compelling trend but missing from the debate are the nuances of different practices that companies could employ to retain more of their top women talent.

Join AmCham Women’s Professional Committee and HR Forum for a discussion on this trend and how companies can counter it.
