Member Input Needed: Foreign Investment Approval Process in China

AmCham China is assisting the US Chamber of Commerce in preparation of a report on the foreign investment approval process in China, intended to describe the approval process as well as some of the challenges sometimes associated with it. The report will aim to increase understanding and inform potential reform of the investment approval process.

Interested members are invited to this free members-only meeting on Tuesday, June 26 from 2:00 - 3:00 PM at the AmCham China Conference Center, where Tim Stratford of Covington & Burling LLP will provide more information about the study and invite comments from present members. He will also be arranging follow-up meetings with companies interested in providing more input on a confidential, anonymous basis.
