Getting The Most from Your Governance is offered in cooperation with Intrabond Capital Corporation, which provides governance support and advisory services.
The afternoon seminar will include:
An interactive case study discussion of a recent company board situation and how it was resolved;
A list of guidelines for how to select the best board members and create the most effective, sustainable team performance, both within the board and between the board and executives;
