In today's world, issues or problems stemming from a company's supply chain can have an immediate impact on the company's brand and corporate reputation. This extensive, morning long session features three panels focusing on the reputational risks inherent in supply chain management as well as today's best practices and proven mitigation strategies. The event was developed in cooperation with the Edelman Crisis and Issues Management team and is co-sponsored by AmCham China's Manufacturing and Sourcing Forum.
Managing supply chains in China poses unique challenges. Yet companies must provide insight and transparency into their global sourcing as an integral part of their investor relations, business sustainability or corporate social responsibility platform, and corporate risk management strategy. The panels will feature discussions of the impact of supply chain deficiencies on a company's reputation, organizational structure and financial well-being, along with steps your company can consider to reduce risk and manage its supplier network in China.
