AmCham China, Tianjin Chapter invites you to join this exclusive company and new property tour in the TEDA area of Tianjin.
Our first stop will be the TEDA Modern Services District (MSD), which is a 1.3 million square meter mixed-use business complex in heart of Binhai New Area. The first phase of three office towers and retail podium was launched in 2010 with a total of 160,000 square meters of office space. An Isetan department store and other retail will open in 2012. TEDA MSD was built to complement TEDA's already strong industrial base and provide space for financial and other service sector firms. TEDA MSD is located adjacent to the TEDA Administrative Commission and Binhai Financial Street.
The second stop of the tour will be the Cintas (Tianjin) Enterprise Services Co., Ltd.
Cintas is a US-based company with over 80 years of experience in providing uniform outsourcing solutions. As a Fortune 1000 company, Cintas employs over 30,000 people worldwide and has over $3.5 billion USD in annual sales. In 2009, Cintas expanded its business to China and has service available in Suzhou and Tianjin.

To wrap up this exclusive tour, we have organized refreshments to be served at the Alexandria Center, the third stop, where attendees will be able to relax and socialize. The Alexandria Center is a 30,000 square meter laboratory and R&D center for lease to companies in related industries. The building is owned by a US-listed company that has facilities in the US catering to life sciences and technology firms. The Tianjin facility is designed and built to the same high standard as US facilities, with flexible space and impressive tenant amenities. The building is located adjacent to a government research incubator and next to several universities. Space is available for lease for office, R&D and laboratory use.
