To guide companies through the whole process dealing with Customs issues, this month the Customs and Trade Committee has (CTC) invited Ma Jun, division chief of the Administrative Review Department, General Administration of Customs (GAC), to introduce possible steps to take when applications of customs compliance have been rejected. His lecture will help tackle the following questions commonly faced by companies:
- What to do when companies and GAC disagree on the categorization of products? - What companies can do when they wish to contest the GAC's punitive decisions? - What are the differences between administrative review and administrative litigation? - Can companies take GAC to court? - Are there any previous cases in which companies won lawsuits against GAC? - How does GAC view litigation?
Please note this event will be conducted in Chinese only.
