Final Call for the 2026 AmCham China Women's Summit – it will take place next Tuesday, March 17, 2026!
Besides, all attendees of the Summit will receive a special gift set valued at over RMB 600.
The AmCham China Women's Summit is one of the Chamber's signature annual events, serving as a cross-industry platform to empower and celebrate women in business. Now in its continued evolution, the Summit aims to highlight the vital role women play in driving business growth, innovation, and organizational excellence, while creating a dynamic environment for professional exchange and growth. By gathering corporate leaders, entrepreneurs, and industry experts, the Summit promotes the sharing of strategic insights, leadership perspectives, and best practices, inspiring female professionals to reach their full potential and contribute to long-term business success and inclusive economic growth.
China is home to an estimated 689 million women, who are not only key drivers of economic innovation and consumer growth but also essential contributors to corporate resilience and social progress. As businesses navigate rapid economic, technological, and workplace transformation, women's leadership is increasingly critical to organizational performance and competitiveness. Reflecting these broad areas of impact, the 2026 Summit will feature keynote speeches and panel discussions exploring women's leadership, workplace development, and women's well-being—key pillars shaping the future of inclusive growth.
Building on these themes, the 2026 Summit will also introduce the AmCham China Women's Leadership & Impact Awards, recognizing outstanding achievements by both member companies and individuals. The awards will recognize excellence across four categories: Outstanding Female Leader Award, Emerging Female Leader Award, Women's Workplace Impact Award, and Women's Well-Being Innovation Award. Collectively, these awards aim to highlight role models and organizations advancing meaningful progress in leadership, workplace inclusion, and well-being.
