Aaron Leow
Associate Director, Financial Advisory Services, Deloitte ChinaAaron is an Associate Director in Deloitte’s Financial Advisory based in Beijing. He has been dealing with transactions relate to corporate advisory services in restructuring, performance improvement and business turnaround.
He used to deal with transactions in corporate finance, investment and M&A of digital media, e-commerce, cultural and entertainment, fast fashion, TMT businesses, automobile and industry supply chain, etc., in China and Southeast Asia.
Prior to joining Deloitte, Aaron worked for advisory firm, PRC and Hong Kong listed companies and specialized in incubation, domestic and cross-border M&A and restructuring across China, U.S. and Southeast Asia.
Before working in China, Aaron was with a venture capital firm in Southeast Asia, where he took active participation in early stage investments, strategic and investment planning, deal structuring, business turnaround and significant asset reorganization. Aaron started his career in practice with one of the big four accounting firms in Southeast Asia.
