2020 is a special year. A rare bushfire broke out in Australia, a plague of locusts occurred in Africa and COVID-19 spread around the world. Many countries pressed the pause button and the global economy was hit. In this context, enterprises and individuals are faced with various risks and uncertainties. We must respond quickly, make decisions under the uncertainties, minimize the spread of the crisis and the losses caused by it as soon as possible, and further seek to benefit from the uncertainty to enhance our anti-vulnerability capability.
In these trying times we look to our leaders to help guide us. During this webinar Tze San Koh (President, China Gas Marketing, ExxonMobil) will share with you how, in the face of this series of crises and uncertainties, we draw strength from our family, friends and colleagues, so as to be calm, respond quickly, isolate the crisis, and act appropriately. We need to understand our own struggles during the current crisis and also how we can work through them and be better professionals and leaders.
Following the presentation by Tze San Koh we will have a discussion with you, the participants, on how to practice these strengths to be better as leaders, colleagues, parents, and friends.
This webinar is also a space for YOU to share and encourage each other, so we can strengthen the community of support amongst women professionals and find a way to co-learn and co-create.
Microsoft Teams (web or app) is required to access this webinar. The registration will be closed on Wednesday, April 15, at 9:00am. Registration is required and a weblink / URL will be provided for successful registrants to access the webinar through Microsoft Teams on Wednesday afternoon.
