    Joyce Zhang joined LinkedIn in 2017 as Head of HR, LinkedIn China. She leads an excellent team to drive LinkedIn talent and organization strategy and execution to support the business grow in China at scale.

    Joyce is a strategic HR leader with progressive HR leadership experience in high demanding and fast changing, but sizable organization. Previous to LinkedIn, she worked in GE for 14 years for different HR domain functions in multi-industry segment. Joyce is an advocate of building a workplace of diversity and inclusion that everyone can thrive.

    Joyce graduated from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics with a bachelor's degree in technology English.

    Jeff is the C&B director of Microsoft Greater China region based in Beijing. Jeff has been practicing human resources management and consulting work in different countries ice 2002. As a special.ost in rewards area for more than 15 years, he served with over dozens of SOE, POE and MNC clients in different industries like IT, Internet, Oil Pharma, FMCG, etc.
    Jeff has worked as senior consultant and business leader in 3 different global HR consulting firms, Rewards consultant in a Fortune 100 telecom company and sr rewards consultant of the global COE team in another Fortune 500 total IT solution provider.
    He specializes in development of rewards philosophy & strategies, job analysis & evaluation, auditing compensation and benefit systems, market benchmarking and so on. And he also has extensive experience in employee engagement, talent assessment, leadership development, etc.
    Jeff holds B.S. degree in Economy from University of International Business & Economy, China.

    梁艳现任英特尔大连半导体有限公司人力资源总监。2003年加入英特尔中国有限公司从事人事管理工作,曾担任过中国区人力资源运营中心经理及上海工厂人力资源经理,组织领导过多项重要人事项目在中国区的实施,参与公司重大新项目的筹建工作。梁艳女士对人力资源系统筹建整合, 人事制度的制定实施, 企业文化建设,领导力培养, 组织机构调整及人才策略方面积累了丰富经验。梁艳参与了大连公司的筹建工作,主要负责初期大连公司人力资源系统的建立,实施了一系列文化建设,人才培养,留用措施,为大连工厂顺利投产,稳定生产打下了良好的基础. 2015 年至2016 年期间,梁艳带领人事团队为公司新业务转型制定和实施了系统人力资源战略计划,为公司业务的发展做出贡献。

    Mr. Shao is Senior Client Partner with Korn Ferry based in Beijing Office and leads Industrial Market advisory business in Asia Pacific, helping multinational and local companies to drive and sustain superior business performance through talent and organizational interventions.

    Mr. Shao brings near 20 years global experience in both corporate and consulting to clients and the Firm. He used to be the Global Head of Leadership Development and Learning & Development at Caterpillar Inc, a US Fortune 100 industrial company. Prior to that, he was Practice Leader at Hewitt Associates, advising clients from various industries, such as: industrial, real estate, pharmaceutical, financials, Hi-Tech and etc.

    Mr. Shao focuses on helping Chinese companies going global and multinational companies to succeed in China through leadership assessment and development, talent management, succession management, org design, HR transformation, executive coaching, M&A and etc.

    Mr. Shao holds Master of Business Administration from Rotterdam School of Management at Erasmus University, the Netherlands and Bachelor of Economics from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. He is accredited for several leadership assessment instruments and trained for executive coaching.
