葛国瑞 中国美国商会 副主席 Greg Gilligan joined the PGA TOUR in late 2013 as Vice President and is the lead executive in China serving as PGA TOUR China Managing Director. Currently Chairman Emeritus, Mr. Gilligan served in an elected capacity as Chairman of the American Chamber of Commerce in China, as an officer for four consecutive terms from 2011 – 2014.

Sandy Ma China Representative , National Hockey League (NHL) Sandy Ma is the NHL’s Chief Representative in China. She has an MSc in Sports Management from Loughborough University in the UK. She was a founding member of Goldenport International Circuit and worked there as the Sales and Marketing Manager for 5 years. Later, she set up CSM, a joint venture sports marketing company with a British partner, which is focuses on the promotion of motorsport, football, and basketball events. After she finished her Master’s study in the UK, she returned to China and worked as the senior manager of the Sports Car Project within the Volkswagen Group (China) for 6 years. Her expertise over 18 years in the sports industry lies in her extended spectrum of sports, especially in motorsport, which ranges from international and national competition to promotion, including: F1 Grand Prix, Asia Festival of Speed (AFOS), Porsche Carrera Cup Asia (PCCA), Audi R8 LMS Cup, China Touring Car Championship (CTCC), China Rally Championship (CRC), China Off-road Championship (COC), and the Beijing Festival of Speed. She also has an extensive knowledge and know-how on the construction and management of international-standard racing circuits.
