Lynnette is a communication trainer and facilitator. She is passionate on empowering the communication of individual and teams, and is highly committed in training courses and tailor-made projects that make changes happen.
Lynnette has 10+ years’ solid experience in training design and delivery in Fortune 25 Corporate Academy and Top Business School.
She has played important role in the establishment of three top entrepreneurship and leadership programs, and influenced the leaders involved and their businesses into profound changes. That includes the preparation, implementation and delivery of two corporate academies of Mercedes-Benz China and China's most expensive executive education programs initiated by Guanghua School of Management, Peking University.
With hand-on practice in designing and delivering customized leadership trainings, Lynnette has a profound understanding on management, strategy and people & culture. She is specialized in empowering middle and senior managers through the lens of communication, influence, leadership and self-fulfillment. The clients’ typical challenges include:

Lynnette received her Master's degree in Applied Psychology from the School of Psychological and Cognitive Sciences, Peking University and her Bachelor's degree in Management from the School of Landscape Architecture, Beijing Forestry University.
