As an important division of the Institutional Clients Group, Citi Treasury and Trade Solutions, is to provide the best class services and solutions of working capital and treasury management to China based multinationals, local companies, SMEs, financial institutions and government agencies, including payment and settlement products, liquidity solutions, investment and yield enhancement, trade services and structured trade, etc. Mr Pei joined Citibank Shanghai in 1992 in trade operations department. In 1994 he represented Shanghai Branch in China Foreign Exchange Trade System as one of the earliest dealers in the System.

Hannah is a Partner and Head of Dezan Shira & Associates’ Corporate Accounting Service and Tax Team in North China. She joined Dezan Shira & Associates in 2006 and was made an equity partner in 2019.
Hannah has rich knowledge of domestic and international accounting and tax policies, and is proficient in providing corporate accounting and tax services to WFOEs operating in China. Hannah primarily focuses on cross-border tax planning, corporate structuring, financial reviews and other accounting and financial issues relating to foreign invested enterprises and foreign enterprises with business in China.
Hannah holds a master’s degree in finance management from Tianjin University and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Nankai University. She is also qualified as a Certified Tax Agent (CTA).

Ines Liu is an Assistant Manager in Dezan Shira & Associates' Beijing office and a member of the International Business Advisory team. She advises clients on corporate structuring, taxation, China investments, and general accounting matters in China.
Ines has extensive auditing & assurance service experience working with PwC and Deloitte and has managed investor relations for China based U.S. IPOs in Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide. She previously practiced in specific areas of auditing, financial and corporate communications, and general accounting and management consulting.
Ines has a Bachelor’s degree in economics and an MBA from Macquarie University Graduate School of Management in Australia.
