11月27日，国家税务总局发布首版增值税法征求意见稿，面向社会征求公众意见。鉴于其对影响范围之广，商会特此举办2020增值税政策倡议策略研讨会。正如商会在2019年年初就个税法征求意见稿举行的研讨会，这次研讨会的目的不仅是就就这版征求意见稿本身提出意见，同时我们还希望本次研讨会可以为2020年商会进行增值税政策倡议工作定下铺垫与基调，包括但不限于未来会出台的执行细则。
来自与毕马威（KPMG）和协力管理咨询（Dezan Shira & Associates）的专家将向商会会员简要介绍增值税草案中反映的变化和未来趋势，然后就私营企业的预期和税务机关可能采取的变化展开小组讨论。

Hannah is a Partner and Head of Dezan Shira & Associates’ Corporate Accounting Service and Tax Team in North China. She joined Dezan Shira & Associates in 2006 and was made an equity partner in 2019.
Hannah has rich knowledge of domestic and international accounting and tax policies, and is proficient in providing corporate accounting and tax services to WFOEs operating in China. Hannah primarily focuses on cross-border tax planning, corporate structuring, financial reviews and other accounting and financial issues relating to foreign invested enterprises and foreign enterprises with business in China.
Hannah holds a master’s degree in finance management from Tianjin University and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Nankai University. She is also qualified as a Certified Tax Agent (CTA).
