Dr. Zhu Wu has served as the Deputy Chief Engineer of China Advanced Gas Resources Co., Ltd and Vice President & Chief Technology Officer of New Leeto Energy Group. Previously, he has served as the Vice President of ENN Energy Service Group and Dean of its Shanghai Research Institute; Chief Engineer of the Shanghai ENN Jiu Huan Vehicle Energy Co., Ltd. Dr. Wu holds a professorate senior engineer title, is a member of Data Center Professional Committee of Experts in Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and member of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization of experts, Dr. Wu has also served as a part-time supervisor in universities such as East China University. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Chongqing University City Gas Project, Master’s of Business Administration from China University of Science and Technology, Master’s of Power Engineering from Tongji University, and Ph.D. in Thermal Engineering from Tongji University. He holds more than ten titles of Chinese invention patents and software copyrights.

Mr. Jiafang Zhan has extensive experience working for state-owned enterprises, foreign companies, as well as government. He has served as the Vice President of Hangzhou Oxygen Group, a large state-owned enterprise, and as General Manager of German Linde Engineering (Hangzhou) company. Previously, he was President of Cryogenic Industries, General Manager of Hangzhou (Hong Kong) Industrial Company, as well as held senior government positions as Director of the Hangzhou Municipal People's Government Office and Director of the Hangzhou Foreign Affairs Office, among other positions. Mr. Zhan holds an MBA degree from the State University of New York.
