Mark is an experienced communications professional specialising in advising corporate clients on Chinese inbound and outbound investment issues.

Before joining Interel he worked for Chinese MNC Lenovo in their Beijing head office for over five years, developing their consumer business’ international product communications capability in their global comms, marketing and regional sales teams.

Prior to this he spent several years in public affairs consultancy positions in London and Beijing, and worked for the British Conservative Party in the UK Parliament..

He has advised a range of MNC and association clients including Wiley, Euroclear, Canadian Standards Association, the Society of Women Engineers and Alibaba.

Mark holds a Master’s degree in International Relations and a Bachelor of Science from Durham University in the UK. He has lived in Beijing for more than thirteen years. He speaks and reads Mandarin Chinese fluently.
