The Value-Added Tax (VAT) Pilot Reform has been one of the most challenging and complicated tasks in China’s ongoing tax evolution. Effective May 1, all industries which were charged Business Tax prior to May 1, 2016, are now required to pay VAT. Real Estate is one of the those remaining industries.

To help companies to better understand the potential implications, challenges, and how to ensure that they are meeting the requirements of the new VAT, AmCham China’s Real Estate Forum and Tax Forum are jointly hosting a panel discussion. Speakers will share how this new tax will affect the real estate industry, how it differs from the previous Business tax, and other considerations and actions that every company needs to know.

Note: Live-streaming tickets are available for AmCham Members.
