Mark Duval
President, AmCham China
查看更多Mark Duval was appointed President of the American Chamber of Commerce in the People’s Republic of China (AmCham China) on May 17, 2013.
As President, Mr. Duval oversees the management of chamber operations in Beijing, Tianjin, Dalian, Wuhan, and Shenyang, serves as the link between the Board of Governors and staff, leads advocacy with United States and Chinese government officials, acts as media spokesman for the American business community in China, and drives engagement and support for the 3,800 members of AmCham China.
An American citizen, Mark Duval grew up in Zimbabwe and South Africa, he has been based in China since 1996, where for over 16 years he led Motorola China corporate strategy, operations and business development, public policy and government relations, communications and public affairs, crisis management, and go‐to‐market (sales) operations.
Mark has a BSc. from the University of KwaZulu‐Natal where he graduated with Deans List honors; a postgraduate diploma in from the Australian College of Applied Psychology, and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin‐Milwaukee.

Originally from the UK, Jeremy holds a LLB (Hons) in Law from Manchester University, and qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ACA) with Ernst & Young in London before joining their Training Department in Hong Kong in 1991. He then led IWNC Group in Asia, a pioneering training organisation, before setting up MMG in China in 2009.

查看更多Cindy Jensen is the Founder and Managing Director of BOLDMOVES CHINA, a boutique Management Consulting Firm with a focus in Strategy Development, Executive Coaching and Leadership Development. Cindy will share her experience from working with large corporations to small businesses best practices in the strategic and annual planning process.
Cindy spent her corporate years working with Frito-Lay, a division of PepsiCo as part of the senior leadership team working over a span of ten years in multiple functions including HR, Trade Marketing and Sales & Operations. As part of the senior leadership team she was intimately involved in the annual planning process and was also seconded on a regular basis to assist in M&A projects. She later joined TELUS Mobility as National Account Manager overseeing the company’s two largest national retail corporate accounts. Cindy is based in Beijing and primarily works with MNCs and SMEs in China on a variety of management related matters and has had extensive experience providing advisory services around strategic planning.
Cindy has been living in China for close to 14 years and was previously based in Vancouver, Canada. She has her B.Comm from Dalhousie University, Halifax Canada and her International EMBA from Rutgers University. She is a certified ICF coach and is a Board Member for Educating Girls in Rural China, a Canadian Charity which sponsors girls primarily from Gansu Province with the goal of assisting them enter post-secondary studies at schools around the world.
Eric Schmidt

查看更多Eric L. Schmidt is the CEO of EventBank, an enterprise engagement marketing automation SaaS platform. Founded in 2013, the company now has offices in Silicon Valley and Beijing. Eric is also the Chairman and Founder of China Entrepreneurs, which he started in 2003 as an informal resource for entrepreneurs in China and it has grown to become the leading platform for entrepreneurship in China. He has worked with Chinese venture capital and private equity investments and incubated start-up technology companies. Schmidt co-founded 1 Lacrosse LLC (a sports equipment company) and successfully exited in 2009, as well as Ivy Discovery Institute (an educational services company).
Schmidt has traveled to over 50 countries and in 2004, sponsored by Nike and Phillips, he traced Marco Polo’s route, cycling 100 days from Beijing, China to Venice, Italy. He holds both a MS with a focus in Technological Entrepreneurship and a BS from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI). Schmidt has been featured on media such as the BBC, The Wall Street Journal, CCTV, China Daily and numerous other outlets.
