Event Details

An increasingly affluent and ageing population, developing and sustaining employee commitment and loyalty, and finding and securing the best talent are all key trends affecting the HR practices of firms in China. For example, a shortage of talent is a reported challenge for 47 percent of employers in China but, as the China market begins to slow and Chinese businesses mature, ensuring that the workforce is productive and satisfied will become an increasingly important issue to overcome.

Join MetLife executive Maria Morris for important insights on the above issues, China's HR space and the launch of MetLife's signature Employment Benefit Trends Study (EBTS).

This event will be in English and Chinese.
