    Dr. Margo O’Sullivan began her Education focused career as a primary teacher in 1986, teaching for a number of years in Ireland, England, Nigeria and Malaysia. She then managed Teacher Education projects in Namibia, Albania and Malaysia. She has also worked as a Teacher Educator in the Solomon Islands and Dubai, where she helped set up the first B.Ed. degree in the Emirates.
    She also worked for over five years, from 2002 to 2006, as an Education lecturer and Associate Vice President of the biggest teacher education college in Ireland. During this time she conducted various Education consultancies in Uganda, Ethopia and Senegal for Irish Aid, Concern and the World Bank.
    In 2007, she moved to Uganda, with Irish Aid, as an Education Technical Advisor to the Ministry of Education in Uganda, and joined UNICEF Uganda as Head of Education in 2009.
    Most recently, since July 2014, she moved to UNICEF China as Head of Education. Her education qualifications are all in Education with a B.Ed., M.Ed., PhD. Degrees and a diploma in Montessori teaching. She also presents at international conferences and has also published widely, mainly in the field of International Education and Education for Development, a field about which she is passionate. She believes that Education is critical to humanity and development and has devoted much of her almost 30 year to date career to this. She is particularly interested in what goes on in classrooms i.e. teaching and learning quality, and Early Childhood Development.

    Working with local government agencies, NGOs and banks in China, Peter Wong oversees the company’s CSR/financial literacy efforts, including China Financial Literacy Development Alliance, using a private-public partnership model enabling the development of financial literacy in the country. Prior to joining Visa, Wong served in management roles in communications agency and media company in the country.

    Since 2014, Coco Zhang has been a Vice President in charge of external affairs in Mary Kay (China) Cosmetics Co., Ltd. Coco has overall responsibility for all government affairs, media affairs, corporate social responsibility and customer service of the company. Meanwhile, as a member of the leadership, she has full participation in decision-making and development of company strategies in China. Coco Zhang joined Mary Kay China in 1997. In her 16 years with the company, she helped create a benign business environment for Mary Kay China to facilitate its development and growth. Coco held posts in operations, sales, logistics and other departments and led in the company’s ordering electronization, logistics and customer service center outsourcing, Gen-Y program, as well as in establishing volunteer associations.
