    Bill Li

    Consulting Director, Mercer China

    Bill has over 12 years’ HR working experience both of HR consulting and Corporate HR management field. He has provided consulting service to many larger or middle enterprises and foreign companies.
    Bill specializes in organization design and HR planning, competency modelling and leadership development, C&B strategy design and C&B structure improvement, performance management, long-term incentive design, company governance system and C&B integration of post-deal.
    A shortlist of his recent clients include: CGN Group, PICC, China Railway Engineering Construction Group, China Railway Construction Corporation, Air China, China Power International, CHALCO、Sino-Pharm, COFCO, China Insurance, Kunlun Bank, HKCTS, BOC International、ICBC Leasing 、Yingda Insurance、ZT Trust, Mangocity.com, Jinjing Group, Xifeng Group, Donlim Group, Gemdale、Zendai Group, Yongye International, Yahoo!, Provimi, Canadian Solar etc.
    Prior to joining Mercer, Bill worked for a HK-listing Company and some global management consulting firms.
    Bill accomplished his major of Psychics in Peking University and major of Mathematics in Beijing University of Technology, respectively.
    李星, 从事人力资源咨询和企业人力资源管理工作13年,曾为多家大中型企业、外资企业提供咨询服务。专长于帮助企业设计与推动组织变革和人力资源规划、薪酬战略及薪酬体系、绩效管理体系、股权激励计划、公司治理体系以及并购中的薪酬体系整合咨询等方面。 李星曾经作为外部专家,参与国务院国资委对国有控股股权激励方案的审批工作。在加入美世之前曾任职于某香港上市消费品公司和多家国际知名管理咨询公司。

    Felix Li

    Consulting Director, North China Market Leader, Mercer EH&B

    Based in Beijing, Felix Li is North China Market Leader of Mercer Employee Health & Benefit.
    Felix has 16 years of working experience, including 6 years of HR & Admin experience, 3 years of Group Insurance experience and 7 years of employee benefit consulting experience. He has worked with many employers in different size and industry on a wide range of group benefit issues, and provided consulting and broking in areas such as strategy setting, design and implementation of employee benefit programs.
    Prior to joining Mercer, Felix worked as a HR specialist for a joint venture, as a sales support supervisor for a large state-owned insurance company Beijing branch, and as an Assistant Director with a famous international broking company.
    Felix received a Bachelor degree in Economics from Hunan Institute of Economics and Finance.
    李巍松, Mercer Marsh Benefits北京保险经纪团队负责人。李巍松先生拥有14年工作经验,其中5年人事行政工作经验、4年团体保险工作经验、5年员工福利咨询工作经验。他在企业员工福利领域为众多不同类型、不同行业的企业提供过咨询和保险经纪服务,在企业员工福利计划的战略制定、设计和实施等方面拥有丰富的经验。
