Elaine is director of Deloitte Beijing office and has been working for Deloitte since 2000. She is particularly specialized in ITSL M&A and served both inbound and outbound transactions in the area of international taxes, investment structuring, financing strategies, business model, etc. Elaine has served in M&A group of Deloitte New York office providing tax due diligence, tax structuring and international tax consulting services for reorganizations and cross-border acquisition transactions.
 
Elaine has rich experience in various industries, including medical and healthcare, manufacturing, and financial institutes, etc. Her clients include both strategic investors and VC and PE funds, such as KKR, CITIC, CNPC, Lenovo, Alibaba and etc.
 
Elaine obtained Master degree in Accounting and Financial Management from Lancaster University of UK and got Bachelor degree of Accounting from Tsinghua University in 2000. And Elaine is a member of Chartered Professional Accountant of Canada.
