Dr. Paolo Beconcini is an international lawyer with over 15 years of experience in handling product liability litigation cases on behalf of foreign manufacturers in China and helps them build up preventive and risk management structures to reduce their risks and exposure to consumer and administrative claims. He has litigated product liability cases for different consumer goods products manufacturers since 2001 in China and in other parts of the world. He counsel large corporations and small enterprises in the implementation of preventive liability structures to shield management from criminal liability.

Ms. Liu is experienced in providing product liability counseling, especially in the automotive sector. Since 2012 she co-run with Dr. Beconcini a China warranty and product liability risk prevention and litigation program for some most know auto brands in the world. She also specializes in regulatory and administrative product liability matters such as recall of defective products. She has represented clients before arbitration commissions as well as handled litigation.
