田先生是安永中国间接税部门的合伙人。

田先生至今已有超过25年的海关事务经验,他的职业生涯起始于中国海关总署,曾任海关总署署长行政助理。在海关工作期间,田先生广泛参与了多项海关政策的研究和执行,积累了非常丰富的行业经验。田舒曾任中国电子口岸核心团队领导成员。

田先生于2001年进入专业咨询行业,先后服务于数家全球知名的会计师事务所,负责海关事务咨询。至今已为数十家跨国公司及大型国企提供了诸如关税筹划、便捷通关、转让定价安排与风险控制、稽查风险控制、第三方核查、企业关务健康检查、纳税争议解决等多项服务。

田先生多年的海关高层工作背景积累了广泛的政府工作资源, 与商务部、财政部、国家税务总局等部委,海关总署各司局,以及各大直属海关单位等,都有着良好的沟通渠道,使得客户的问题能够得以有效解决。

田先生是《中国海关》杂志特聘专家,专栏撰稿人;中国保税区、出口加工区协会常务理事及中国财税专家网等培训机构特邀讲师。 2008年,田先生还曾组建专家团队通过建立经济模型同时开展调研和进行数据定量分析,协助海关总署完成了《中国保税区域划分及构建标准》的国家级政策研究课题。目前,田先生还是海关总署、中美商会和对外经济贸易大学三方联合成立的“特许权使用费海关完税价格研究小组”的专家成员,共同承担着相关研究课题

张建欣，道合咨询创始人及总裁。张建欣女士在国际事务和公司战略领域拥有丰富的经验，为ICT（尤其是半导体）、农业、食品、医疗卫生及其他先进制造业领军企业提供战略性咨询服务，帮助企业把握中国的政治与舆论环境，与政府和公众建立信任，维护并提升企业声誉，解决运营中遇到的挑战。

在创办道合前，张建欣女士曾任安可公关北京董事总经理，领导安可在北京的业务运营。她还曾任职于博雅公关公司，负责领导博雅大中华区的政府事务与企业传播咨询业务。此前，张建欣女士还曾在辉瑞中国和美国强生总部任职，负责政府事务和企业战略等方面的工作。

在进入跨国公司和咨询领域前，张建欣女士就任于中国外交部新闻司发言人办公室，并作为首批驻港外交官参与了1997 年香港回归的工作，任外交部驻港特派员公署新闻官。

张建欣女士拥有普林斯顿大学公共管理硕士学位。

Mr. Lou Zhou is the Procurement digital transformation leader for Greater China market, Helping clients to discover and capture values through the ongoing digital transformation journey. Before joining SAP Ariba in 2018, he was the Asia Pacific lead of Client Service Procurement at IBM, providing direct interlock and support to internal clients’ business strategies and financial performance objectives. The Client Services Procurement team provided unique expertise in support of New customer proposals and offerings, Global Services alliances, Corporate mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, profit enhancement, and process improvement on existing business.

Mr. Lou Zhou holds a bachelor's degree in physics and a MBA from the State University of New York. He joined IBM in 1997. His 19 years tenure at IBM experienced a variety of leadership roles, including IBM US Finance and Procurement Department, Deputy Director in IBM China Research Lab, Program Director for Technical Sales in IBM Software, Director of Global Procurement Center, and the current role of Director of Asia Pacific Client Service Procurement.

Mr. Lou Zhou has published multiple articles on industry Magazines and is a frequent speaker to industry organizations such as the China Federation of Logistics & Purchasing, International Sourcing Forum. He is also the Board Chair of MSD China for Minority Supplier Development and he was awarded as the Most Dedicated Individual of year 2012.

Jacky Wen is senior manager in PwC Consulting’s supply chain management practice. He has over 12 years consulting and industry combined experience, and focuses on supply chain strategy, integrated supply chain management, distribution network optimization, strategic sourcing and digital operations. Jacky’s industry focus is on consumer goods, telecom and electronics companies. His clients includes both leading MNCs and domestic companies.
Prior to joining PwC, he was product manager a global leading consumer electronics company. He managed new product launch and localization in China market.
Jacky received MBA degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and Bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering from Fudan University. In addition, Jacky is a SCOR-P professional accredited by APICS.

Yan Luo advises clients in a broad array of regulatory matters
in connection with international trade, cybersecurity and
antitrust/competition laws in the U.S., EU and China.

With previous work experience in Washington, DC and
Brussels before relocating to Beijing, Ms. Luo has fostered her
government and regulatory skills in all three capitals. She is
able to strategically advise international companies on Chinese
regulatory matters and represent Chinese companies in
regulatory reviews in other markets.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Luo completed an internship with
the Office of International Affairs of the U.S. Federal Trade
Commission in Washington, DC. Her experiences in Brussels
include representing major Chinese companies and the
Chinese government in trade, competition and public
procurement matters before the European Commission and
national authorities in EU Member States.

Ms. Luo is a Certified Information Privacy Professional
(CIPP/Asia) by the International Association of Privacy
Professionals and an active member of the American Bar
Association’s Section of Antitrust Law.
