Managers, directors, executives and their teams are hard pressed to find Executive Assistants to manage their busy agendas. In most cases the assistants who have been chosen are young, have limited work experience and are forced to learn on the job. In this two-day workshop, give your Executive Assistant the opportunity to be exposed to time management, problem solving, business writing and communication skills to empower them to work independently. More importantly, it will allow them to become the first line of defense against the innumerable distractions in the supervisor's workday. Participants will engage in practical activities and be given tools and templates applicable to their daily jobs.
