He has participated in more than 60 research projects for companies and government on patent due diligence, patent map of specific industrial or technological sectors. Mr.Cui was director of examination of the Patent Reexamination Commission of SIPO where he delt with more than 500 patent cases, deputy director of research of legal service of SIPO, Deputy General Manager of Tsingtao Rubber Valley IP firm.

He has more than 20 years' experience in IP litigation. Famous for his competence in this field, he is distinguished lawyer in strategy on IP dispute settlement. For one of its clients, he obtained the highest historic amount of damages for a patent infringement in China (157.5 M CNY, i.e. 21 M €).

Before founding IP House, Mr. PU was Vice President of the intellectual property chamber of Beijing Chaoyang district court where he worked for 11 years and dealt with more than 2000 IP cases. He is also consultant for companies, governments. He has a Master of law in Capital University of Economics and a bachelor in law in Shandong University.

Graduated from the University of Aberdeen (UK) with the Master degree in law in 2007, Wang Chao has been dedicated into trademark appraisal and cases review for a long time. She joined the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board in 2000.
