    Regional Director, Jones Lang LaSalle

    Eric Hirsch is the head of Jones Lang LaSalle’s Commercial Office Leasing business in Beijing. He is responsible for developing strategy, business priorities and driving international best practices for the Firm and is a member of the Regional Tenant Representation Board. Based in Beijing since 2004, Eric was instrumental in building up the Firm’s local tenant representation team prior to assuming his current role as the head of Commercial.

    Eric Hirsch joined Jones Lang LaSalle in 2004. As one of the foremost commercial property experts in the Beijing real estate market, Eric has over 20 years of experience in both the China and US market. His expertise covers marketing consultancy of major commercial developments, portfolio leasing, general market agency and tenant representation. He has worked on major projects in New York and Beijing including representing tenants such as AP, Amazon, Commerzbank, Deutsche Bank, BHP Billiton, Baker & McKenzie, Cisco Systems, Dewey Ballantine, DLA Piper, Honeywell, KPMG, Sony Ericsson, Marsh McLennan, JP Morgan, UBS and Volkswagen since then.

    He has been involved in over USD 1 billion worth of office leasing transactions during his career.

    Eric holds a BA in History from the Pennsylvania State University.

    Horacio leads the Marketing, Communications and Business Strategy functions for HP across China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Over his business career at HP, he has held numerous global and regional leadership positions in the areas of Marketing, New Business Development, Strategy & Business Planning, across different business categories in the technology sector.

    Native of Mexico, Horacio has accumulated significant global experience, having worked in 5 different countries, across 3 different continents, prior to making Beijing China his residency since 2014.

    Horacio is an MBA graduate from the University Of Chicago Booth School Of Business and a certified Behavioural coach. He enjoys spending his free time advising entrepreneurs on topics related to business model design, value creation and market entry/expansion strategies.

    Site Director, Procter & Gamble Beijing Innovation Center

    Shaun Renwick is the Site Director for the Procter & Gamble Beijing Innovation Center. He oversees the talent management of over 500 employees through P&G’s ‘Build From Within’ philosophy; a process where employees are hired into entry level positions and developed up to the most senior positions within the Company. As Head of HR for China’s Research & Development Function, driving a culture of entrepreneurship, technical mastery and risk taking is essential to driving business results.

    In his 9 years at P&G, Shaun managed the HR Outsourced Services for Australia & New Zealand before acting as the National Talent Manager where he lead Company recruitment and learning & development initiatives, including senior management development programs.

    Shaun’s international experience expanded to the start-up and Site HR Management of a P&G Manufacturing Plant in Singapore and an organization restructure of Cross Border Logistics roles across Asia. In addition to Strategic Talent Management, Shaun manages a team of HR Professionals which cover Recruitment, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Outsourced Services, HR Operations, Employee Relations and Health & Wellness.
