Dr. Gilad Chen is the Robert H. Smith Chair in Organization Behavior, at the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business. He received his doctoral degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from George Mason University in 2001. Professor Gilad Chen is currently teaching the Smith EMBA program both in China and the U.S.

Eliza Wang graduated from the Smith Global Executive MBA Program in 2015. She has been working in the HR field since 1999. Now she is serving 51Talk as the Vice President.
