Mr. Jihong CHEN as an equity partner of Zhong Lun Law Firm, has been practicing and providing legal services for a large number of international enterprises since 1996. He has participated in the research and legislation activities in China related to telecommunications and IT on many occasions, including the Cybersecurity Law, the Regulations for the Protection of Critical Information Infrastructure Security (Exposure Draft), personal information protection rules and related national rules of the People’s Republic of China. Mr. CHEN has published many cybersecurity and data protection related academic works including TMT Law Review, The Legal 500 along with a batch of publications. Mr. CHEN is now the deputy chairman of Cyber and High-tech Committee of All China Lawyers Association ("ACLA").

Mr CHEN specializes in cybersecurity, data protection, telecoms, Internet, IP and other TMT matters. For years, Mr. CHEN was continuously highly recommended as one of the Best Chinese Lawyers by Chambers, Legal500, Legal Band, Asia law and other lawyer ranking agencies in Cybersecurity and TMT area.

Dr. Ding Wei is Senior Director, Standards Strategy and Policy, Oracle China. He is working on technical standard setting, standards strategy planning and policy affairs in the field of Information and Communication Technology Industry for about two decades, where he builds strong knowledge and strategic vision in the interactions among cooperation and competition within ICT industry..

Dr. Ding is an invited expert member in the Cloud Computing Advisory Committee, China Institute of Electronics; Advisor to the Code of Conduct policy setting for Consortia Standardization, Standardization Administration of China; Member of Standardization Advisory Committee, Beijing Municipal government; Chair of Telco Cloud and Internet WG, United States Information Technology Office; Co-Chair of Information Technology Industry Forum, American Chamber of China.

Before joining Oracle, he worked in the Department of Technical Standards and Policy in Intel and Sun Microsystems, respectively. In the years before going to private company, Ding Wei was Associate Professor, Dept. of Computer Science and Engineering, Shanghai Jiaotong University and Lecturer in Dept. of E-commerce, Nanjing University.

Joanna Mao joined the United States Information Technology Office (USITO) in September 2015 serving as its Deputy Managing Director. Prior to that, Joanna was employed with Lenovo, Intel, A.P. Muller. Maersk, Microsoft and Ogilvy & Mather. She has 17 years of marketing, communication and partner management experience in the information technology sector, and while serving as spokeswoman, oversaw government affairs in North Asia. Joanna was once in investment banking, providing counseling for Chinese companies seeking overseas listings while serving for ING Baring.
