Today, women professionals have more influence and power in the workplace, achieving work-life balance challenges not only to women's career development but also with far-reaching impacts on intimate relationships and parenting patterns in modern families.

Yali is Executive Vice President of Chayora and Co-chair of AmCham China, Tianjin Women Professionals Committee (WPC). Yali was Executive Director of Global Network Engineering of Verizon managing global teams in six continents. Since 2014, Yali spent most of her time back in China, advocating and driving best practice and changes in China,and successfully built the first internet exchange in China.
Yali holds B.S. degree in Mathematics from Peking University, MBA from University of Dallas, and M.S. in Computer Sciences from University of Texas. Yali has a US patent in Internet technology and is Vice-Chair of the advisory council of Pacific Telecommunication Council (PTC).
